Dr. Ford has 27 years of exemplary educational leadership experience, having served as a United States History Teacher, Varsity Basketball coach, and K-12 School Administrator. In addition to working as an Assistant Director of the AVID Eastern Division and staff developer, Dr. Ford has a proven record of helping schools obtain and maintain full accreditation, facilitating the growth and development of recently appointed assistant principals, fostering a school environment that enhances youth development and reduces discipline infractions, and implementing proven instructional strategies that increase teacher efficacy.
