In his current role as the Dean of Student Achievement at one of the premier HBCUs in the nation, and as the founder of Mikael Davis Consulting and TeachersBox, Mikael has secured nearly $30 Million in merit-based aid and federal TRIO funding to improve high school persistence and graduation rates and to increase post-secondary and post-baccalaureate degree completion rates for all students, with a particular emphasis on low-income, first-generation, and students with documented physical and learning disabilities.
