SEPTEMBER 2020 SPOTLIGHT: DR. DIRON FORD & THE WARWICK GROUP

Our inaugural spotlight is Dr. Diron Ford, the Assistant Principal for Operations at Woodside High School in Newport News, Virginia and the Founder of The Warwick Group, an educational consulting practice that is pioneering ground-breaking initiatives to optimize student achievement across the country. This Fall semester, Dr. Ford began his 27th year providing exemplary educational leadership, having served as a United States History teacher, Varsity Basketball coach, and K-12 School Administrator. In addition to working as an Assistant Director of the AVID Eastern Division and as a staff developer, Dr. Ford has a proven record of helping schools obtain and maintain full accreditation,  facilitating the growth and development of recently appointed assistant principals, fostering a school environment that enhances youth development and reduces discipline infractions, and implementing proven instructional strategies that increase teacher efficacy.
