Great Expectations
With the quality of the returning athletes on our roster, we have set very aggressive goals for the upcoming
season. Those goals are as follows:
- Remain healthy and gain experience.
- Strengthen upper and lower body by implementing a systematic weight
training program.
- Commit to aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
- Exercise mental and physical discipline at all times.
- Maintain highest Grade point average among fall sports teams.
- Qualify for the Regional and State competitions as a team.
- Vie for the Peninsula District titles for both the Boys and Girls teams.
