Isaiah Hayes is an extraordinary student-athlete who has multiple individual and relay state and national championships under his belt. Having won the 2023 Class 3 VHSL Indoor Championship in the hurdles, Isaiah also won the 2024 VHSL Outdoor Championship in the 110-Meter Hurdles and placed second in the 300 Meter Hurdles, earning half of Phoebus High School's points in the state championship meet to pace his five-athlete team to a second place finish in the VHSL State Championship. Having taught Isaiah's SAT Prep course and walked him through the process to meet NCAA qualifications for initial eligibility, Mikael Davis Consulting was proud to support Erica Hayes, Isaiah's Shero of a mother, throughout the recruiting process. With attractive offers from Hampton University and Syracuse, totaling approximately $536,000, Isaiah accepted an offer to compete for Syracuse University! He has transitioned well to the academic rigors of Syracuse and the competition of the Atlantic Coast Conference, qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships as a Freshman.
